Boundless Himalayas Trekking & Expedition is an efficient, well established and well organised company that has been operating for the past fifteen years. We are known for our care to detail and the service we provide to the people who travel with us. The company came together in 1999. It was formed by three trekking mountain guides who were friends with many years of experience of climbing and trekking between them. The aim right from the early days was to provide well organised tours and expeditions that measured up to our clients expectations.
Initially our main focus was on organising high Trans Himalayan Trekking throughout Nepal, whenever possible on new trails, many of our initial treks were coupled with mountain and peak climbing which still remains an important part of our business. We have over the years built a firm reputation that we share with you on the web site through our testimonials page. We also have added a news button at the top of this page to keep you informed of what is going on here.
From fairly early on we expanded our services to include a wide variety of holiday experiences. Nowadays we run tours in Nepal and the neighbouring countries of Tibet, Bhutan and India and also Mongolia where we have a good agent. Our tours range from all things adventurous, to more leisurely pursuits, especially teasing out some of the exceptional nature and fascinating culture this beautiful country has to offer.
If you are really looking for something a bit different in Nepal, with a company that is well established, sound financially and you can truly rely on, why not make contact. You will find us helpful honest and straight forward.
We are members of the NMA (Nepal Mountaineering Association) and TAAN (Trekking Agents Association Of Nepal). From the environmental aspect, we fully recognise the need to preserve the extremely beautiful, yet highly sensative environment Nepal has been blessed with. We have always been keen supporters of sustainable travel and of the need to be always aware of the impact tourism can have on the region. Thankfully on the more popular tourist trails, there is a far greater awareness of the environmental impact tourism can have on the natural ecosystem, but there is still a long way to go.

Today, I go back KTM and finish the trekking of Upper Mustang (Lo-Manthang), finally. I thank for the organization of Boundless Himalayas Trekking & Expedition Ltd. The trekking of Upper Mustang is a greater experience to understand the culture of ancient Tibet. The guide took us to walk around the village when we finished the day walk around 5~6 hours. We saw the construction of the base of houses, roads and so on, in an instable base, and how to construct channels for plant. A lot of things are about the wisdom of Tibet people. So, I have a lot of benefits for this trekking. So, I thanks again to the all staffs of Boundless Himalayas Trekking & Expedition Ltd., sincerely.
We had a very nice trip to Everest Base Camp. Our team were great & very helpful. They made it all possible.
I will be back-hopefully next year to try to climb a mountain, if not next year, then some other year, but it is hard to stay away from Nepal for too long.
All the best from,
Dearest Min + Boundless,
Thank you for organizing the excellent guide and porter who managed to lead us up the mountain to ABC. He was very patient with us as we were quite slow and kept having arguments with each other.
Next time we come back I promise to lose more weight. Can’t wait to see Everest base camp. All our love,
I return from a great experience. I went to ABC camp with a great porter, he was really my HERO.
I saw beautiful views and make new friends.
It was hard sometimes and a struggle but at the end I was so proud, that feeling I take with me for the rest of my life.
Dear Min and Team,
We were recommended Min by friends, who promised that he’d be an excellent trip organizer, he of course did not disappoint. We booked before the Earthquake occurred & I’m so pleased we decided to still come! Min was fantastic in organizing our trip from start to finish & was always so quick in his email responses. On arrival into KTM it was a joy to see his smiley face! On arrival into Pokhara we were introduced to Jiban & JB – all members of Min’s family. Without JB’s smile & Jiban’s mean card playing technique it wouldn’t have been the same & there’s no way we could have climbed the steps of Ulleri without them!
ABC was just fantastic, we felt such an achievement in getting there, & importantly felt so safe in JB & Jiban’s company!
Thank you for everything.
Min, JB & Jiban !

Hard work…… But a fantastic trek and were worth the effort !
Lukla – Gokyo lakes – Cho La Pass – E.B.C. – Lukla
We were well looked after and we never had to worry about food or accommodation. Ramesh, (the guide) was very patient, especially with our acclimatization. Dibesh (the porter) also couldn’t come highly recommended enough from us. Views every half hour change and Get more amazing!
Really is a trip of a lifetime.
Thank you for everything.
In our first time in Nepal we didn’t meet the Boundless Himalayas Company to do trekking or anything similar, but to have an experience that would change us and change our vision upon the world and life.
We spent almost two beautiful months doing volunteer work in the school of the village where Mr. Min was born, called Dubung.
There is so much to day about Dubung, about its people and about this fabulous experience that we need a book to express everything but we will try to sum it all up: Dubung is an isolation village in the middle of the mountains and hills, with breathtaking views and various houses made out of mud that make us go back in time. The people of Dubung had a perfect synergy with the soil and have an unmatchable hospitality , they do everything and give everything they have and don’t have, to make us feel at home. It was there where we spent moments we will never ever forget, playing with and teaching the children, sharing experiences and laughs with our fellow teachers, eating delicious Daal Bhaat, tarkari, roti, participating in parties, weddings and birthdays, meeting other villages and contacting with nature.
Mr. Min’s family who we lived with became our second family and Dubung our second home. It’s emotional to know that in any way we made the difference and marked the lives of the people of Dubung. In our memories we will never forget them and we promise to come back.
Thank you Mr. Min for this opportunity and for arranging everything for us. You can count on us to share our love for Dubung and its people and help them in any way we can.
Thank you so so much for a great trek. I was very nervous about doing the Everest Base Camp Trek as I hadn’t had time to train for it.
My nerves were not needed however as you and your company reassured me the whole way.
We had a GREAT guide called Ramesh who looked after me from start to finish, who always helped and guided me and was very patient with my slow walking. I can’t thank him enough.
This trek has been amazing and thank both Min, Ramesh and our porter for guiding us along the trek of a lifetime.
This was simply the best start to our travels we could have hoped for. Min was very patient and informative when we needed him to be. Extremely punctual and caring in his business affairs, as well as putting us at ease that everything would be taken care of.
Whilst on the trail, Ramesh was the greatest guide and I could sense the envy in other trekkers that we had such an informed, energetic and relaxed guide. I can’t recommend him and our porter (Dubeese) enough. The level of conscientiousness was a step up from anything I have personally ever experienced. We were never rushed or ever felt we had to push ourselves harder than we needed to. In fact as a result of Ramesh’s insight and experience we ascended with little to no feelings of altitude sickness, which was the thing we were most dubious of.
This has been a fantastic experience. Thank you so much for your care and consideration.
Thanks for arranging such a wonderful for us. It was a great time while staying in Nepal. We thank you all the staff member especially our driver for such a great driving skills. Also Vijay, our personal guide for warm and excitement experience while we travel to Pokhara though there is some struggle during our trip but he tried his best for us. We very appreciate for all of his effort.
We had a great time.
Thank you for everything!
