Boundless Himalayas Trekking & Expedition is an efficient, well established and well organised company that has been operating for the past fifteen years. We are known for our care to detail and the service we provide to the people who travel with us. The company came together in 1999. It was formed by three trekking mountain guides who were friends with many years of experience of climbing and trekking between them. The aim right from the early days was to provide well organised tours and expeditions that measured up to our clients expectations.
Initially our main focus was on organising high Trans Himalayan Trekking throughout Nepal, whenever possible on new trails, many of our initial treks were coupled with mountain and peak climbing which still remains an important part of our business. We have over the years built a firm reputation that we share with you on the web site through our testimonials page. We also have added a news button at the top of this page to keep you informed of what is going on here.
From fairly early on we expanded our services to include a wide variety of holiday experiences. Nowadays we run tours in Nepal and the neighbouring countries of Tibet, Bhutan and India and also Mongolia where we have a good agent. Our tours range from all things adventurous, to more leisurely pursuits, especially teasing out some of the exceptional nature and fascinating culture this beautiful country has to offer.
If you are really looking for something a bit different in Nepal, with a company that is well established, sound financially and you can truly rely on, why not make contact. You will find us helpful honest and straight forward.
We are members of the NMA (Nepal Mountaineering Association) and TAAN (Trekking Agents Association Of Nepal). From the environmental aspect, we fully recognise the need to preserve the extremely beautiful, yet highly sensative environment Nepal has been blessed with. We have always been keen supporters of sustainable travel and of the need to be always aware of the impact tourism can have on the region. Thankfully on the more popular tourist trails, there is a far greater awareness of the environmental impact tourism can have on the natural ecosystem, but there is still a long way to go.

Sitting in front of the Indian Visa centre to get a visa for India I look back to the time that I spent in Nepal.More exactly the weeks after my arrival on the first of September. Focusing on the service that Boundless Himalayas offered me.From the arrival day until the third of September my contact person and guide was available, partly because of bureaucratic matters but I felt that he in service of his company would be there for me whenever I needed some guideness in this for me totally unknown world. My first long journey ,first time out of Europe, first time Asia, first time Nepal, first time ………. Guideness is a special word amnd being a guide is special job. I got what I needed .Not only before our 3 weeks adventure but also during this for me physically and mentally tough hike; two people who told me what to do in any situation with regard to trekking And there was humor, singing, joy, laughing and good drinks ! In other words: it was in all perspectives a real challenge, And I loved it ! So…… this was one experience Two weeks later I left for another walk. The accommodations were more comfortable everyday .I could choose my food from a menu and paths were easy to walk But how glad I was with my guide when altitude illness forced me to make a descision although I already decided to walk the way back he offered an alternative ; maybe after two yesterdays on a lower place we would be able to continue our route after all we nevertheless had plan showed his involvement and professionality .The hike back was exactly the way I wanted : long days in an up tempo. So…….again I had a very good experience. Guideness ; this is not an official word I think , but it has a meaning for me: professionality, expertise, flexibility, friendliness, supportive, empathetic, motivating , sense of perspective, social ,well great job don’t you think ! ! I only express my admiration for the (assistant) guides that supported me during the hikes J …Boundless Himalayas…Thanks ! for your boundless services overall your willingness to advise, to make a suitable itinerary, to let me use the internet at your office etc. And very important too , I appreciate your openness towards me when I talked about some little complaints that I had. Its all good …………
Warm greetings……..Hedivig …….from Netherlands
Mt. Everest has always captured my interest so when my friend Lorne suggested that we trek to base camp. I decided to join him. We decided to join the senior’s trek, because you moved at a slower rate for better acclimatization and Boundless Himalayas Trekking provided that for us put together a team that made reaching Everest base camp come true .We did so on Oct 22nd 2016 .Thanks Min.and the crew at Boundless Himalayas Trekking
Thank you Boundless Himalayas for the lovely trek to Dhaulagiri circuit trek and they rescue from base camp due to my high altitude shocking. Your team is supportive and 3 people who stand out for me are Phorba, Phenzo, and sahaila. The cook, Chandra.. Sadly I could not complete full trek and had to be rescued by helicopter from Dhaulagiri base camp. The porter too did their job very well. Thank god I am back safe. Your team is very good. Thanks

I had an light days “Tamang Heritage Trial “. I had the luxury to do it at my own pace .Thank to my guide and porter who were extremely accommodating and very patient. I had no worries just enjoy the sceneries. These two people had arranged everything we needed ……….with some hitches but all well done .I could go on forever but I have summarized my absolutely great experience in wonderful Nepal……. By the way this is my second trip and from my bucket list….I had to return to this great country and great people……always smiling …….Namaste

Together with my daughter Ludmila & Ozgur accompanied by Kumar, our guide, we achieved in time this round trip to Upper Mustang for 13 days.
All difficulties have been over handled with soft handling because of monsoon. Upper Mustang is quite different and worthwhile interesting through traditional culture, landscape are unique.
Thanks for all organization!
Incredible experience in Mustang. We were well guided and so well assisted by our guide Kumar. We keep amazing souvenirs and pictures.
I hope being able to come back and do all other trekking trip with this agency which has now all my trust. I am thankful for all this.
Ludmila – 27 years old
Thanks to our agency to let us experience this remarkable trek in Mustang. We had chance to see great places and know its people.
Our nice guide Kumar was always there to make us feel comfort and safe with his knowledge of area.

Today, I go back KTM and finish the trekking of Upper Mustang (Lo-Manthang), finally. I thank for the organization of Boundless Himalayas Trekking & Expedition Ltd. The trekking of Upper Mustang is a greater experience to understand the culture of ancient Tibet. The guide took us to walk around the village when we finished the day walk around 5~6 hours. We saw the construction of the base of houses, roads and so on, in an instable base, and how to construct channels for plant. A lot of things are about the wisdom of Tibet people. So, I have a lot of benefits for this trekking. So, I thanks again to the all staffs of Boundless Himalayas Trekking & Expedition Ltd., sincerely.
We had a very nice trip to Everest Base Camp. Our team were great & very helpful. They made it all possible.
I will be back-hopefully next year to try to climb a mountain, if not next year, then some other year, but it is hard to stay away from Nepal for too long.
All the best from,
Dearest Min + Boundless,
Thank you for organizing the excellent guide and porter who managed to lead us up the mountain to ABC. He was very patient with us as we were quite slow and kept having arguments with each other.
Next time we come back I promise to lose more weight. Can’t wait to see Everest base camp. All our love,
I return from a great experience. I went to ABC camp with a great porter, he was really my HERO.
I saw beautiful views and make new friends.
It was hard sometimes and a struggle but at the end I was so proud, that feeling I take with me for the rest of my life.

Dear Min and Team,
We were recommended Min by friends, who promised that he’d be an excellent trip organizer, he of course did not disappoint. We booked before the Earthquake occurred & I’m so pleased we decided to still come! Min was fantastic in organizing our trip from start to finish & was always so quick in his email responses. On arrival into KTM it was a joy to see his smiley face! On arrival into Pokhara we were introduced to Jiban & JB – all members of Min’s family. Without JB’s smile & Jiban’s mean card playing technique it wouldn’t have been the same & there’s no way we could have climbed the steps of Ulleri without them!
ABC was just fantastic, we felt such an achievement in getting there, & importantly felt so safe in JB & Jiban’s company!
Thank you for everything Min, JB & Jiban !
