A very big thank you to Mongolian Trekking for
giving me an unforgettable experience in the
Jomsom andAnnapurna region.
Chhabi my guide was fun loving but sensible. He
become sensitive to my needs and redesigned my
programme accordingly and walked at a pace that
was comfortable for me to maintain. Bhim was an
intelligent and knowledgeable porter who
anticipated my every need and was always willing
to do that little bit extra.
I was taken to guest houses where the owners
seemed particularly welcoming and friendly.
It was wonderful to be able to parcel myself off
and be treated with such care.
I would highly recommend Mongolian trekking for
value for money and quality service.

Thanks for an intrepid outward bound experience.
We loved the scenery, especially the jungle. We
even managed to tolerate the leeches but
definitely well worth it.

On arriving in Kathmandu we
looked around for the best deal and found it
here.
Mongolian Trekking arranged our rafting,
trekking Chitwan and air fares. All at a very
reasonable price.
We were lucky to have a very experienced guide
who know lots of local people. We spent a
hilarious 10days trekking to ABC and back. Uttam
had lots of good advice and was happy to
consider what we wanted to do.
A great trip that will keep us laughing for
along time.

We’ve just come back from 15days on the
Annapurna Circuit with our trusty porter, Bala
Krishna. He was an excellent porter. He made
suggestions for our itinerary, but deferred to
us when we wanted to go slower, faster, or stay
in a different place. He was very flexible and
met our needs to a tee. He would often get into
town just before us an organize a good place to
stay for a good price (often better than on the
menu). He was generous, often offering us to try
his Nepalese food or beverages.
He has many years of experience, and acted as a
guide as well as a porter. He made an excellent
effort to speak to us in English.
We were two girls traveling together, and needed
someone trustworthy, reliable and also a little
guidance, as it was our first, trek. Krishna met
all these requirements with flying colours. He
cares highly recommended by us.

Had a great time trekking in the Annapurna
region with guide Dilli and porter M. Dilli
knows everyone in the mountains, so we had man
good treatment at all the guest house. Good
planning, good pace and good fun.
Chitwan was also good fun with heaps of animals.
Definitely worth the visit.
The team at Mongolian made the whole experience
effortless. Well recommended. Thanks!

We just returned from the Annapurna Circuit
where we had a wonderful experience, Chuda, our
guide, was knowledgeable about Nepal, its
people, religions and the environment. He showed
us different plants and animals along the trek.
ON addition, he welcomed us into the kitchen of
lodges along the way which enabled us to see and
experience the Nepali way of life first hand. He
and our porter, Rekh, spoke English and taought
us Nepali. Overall, we had a fabulous experience
and would highly recommend them.
The Annapurna circuit a great cultural
experience with beautiful scenery – the Nepal
I’d always imagined and wanted to see.
Our guide and porter – Chuda and Redh (Bhai)
were great – knowledgeable about the area, the
culture, wildlife (no snow leopard sighting, but
that’s excusable), and great friends to us
throughout.
Mongolian Trekking took great care of us while
in KTM, while trekking, and in Pokhara. We had
no worries knowing we were in their hands.
Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

The Irish Girls
We had a wonderful 4day trip. We managed to
reach Poon Hill for sunrise – our greatest
achievement!!
The scenery was beautiful and our guide and
porters were very friendly and helpful. Their
singing kept us going!!

…an incredible trip. Dill our guide was
fantastic and really made the hiking fun. Prem,
our porter, was also wonderful and stayed with
me on my slower days. I’ll be coming back!
