A life-changing experience

Dear Min,
Icelandic volcanic ash may have delayed our start, but Min you had faith (based upon what I am not sure !?) that we cold make the Annapurna Sanctuary + Poon Hill in just 8 days !
Well, make it we did, guided by Shanker and with your fine nephew as porter, all the way up there and all the way back. Plus, since the general strike meant no road transport back into Pokhara, walking night back to lakeside !!
We had a truly amazing time – a life- changing experience. We miss the people and the villages and the foothills already, and most of all we miss the mountains, We will be back one day without doubt. Their spirituality and shear physicality will draw us back to beautiful Nepal !
So, thank you Min and everyone, it was perfectly organized despite some adversities and it had personal touch plastered all over !
