A. Itinerary in Detail (12 Days)
Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu (1,300m)
We will meet you outside the Terminal Hall in Kathmandu airport for warm welcome. Transfer to hotel, introduce your trekking staffs and check the necessities. If you wish to stroll then you can see the colorful tourist market around Thamel.

Day 02: Kathmandu – Dhunche (1,950m), approx., 7-8 hrs drive
Drive on a northern highway that twists and climbs ridges to Trishuil Bazar. The journey will take 7-8 hours through picturesque landscapes, Himalayan sceneries and local villages. On the way, we have magnificent views of Manaslu, Ganesh Himal and Tibetan mountain range including Mt. Kerung..

Day 03: Dhunche – Shing Gompa (3,330 m), approx. 5-6 hrs.
We take the broad trail climbing up to Dimsa village and trial continues less steeply, through rhododendron, hemlock and Oak forests to Shing Gomba. On the way of your trek you will see fantastic views of Ganesh Himal ranges, Langtang ranges and langtang valley. Shing gomba has Yak Cheese factory opened on the association of Swiss government.

Day 04: Shing Gomba – Lauribina Yak (3,950m), approx. 3-4 hrs
We ascend smoothly through the rhododendron forest offering free view of Ganesh Himal range and Lantang ranges including tranquility view of Langtang valley. The area in-between Shing gomba to Laurebina Yak is a sanctuary for the red panda, an endangered species that the Nepalese call cat bear. We leave tree lines behind reaching after perfect tea break Cholang Pati (3,550m /11,715ft) Trail continues to climb to Laurebina Yak with the wide range breathtaking view of Manaslu(8,156m) range, Langtang and Tibetan range mountain. It’s just perfect place to acclimatize for AMS, evening sunset and sunrise.

Day 05: Laurebina Yak – Gosaikund Lake (4,380m), approx., 3-4 hrs.
After morning tranquility photo shooting, we climb to a pass and then continues on an expected trail through the small ridge, with view of Saraswati Kund (Sarswati Lake. 4100m,) Bhairav Kund and finally emerge Goidanda Kund overnight by the lakeside. Afternoon explore vicinity of Gosiakund Lake.

Day 06: Gosainkunda Lake- Ghopte (3,440m), approx., 6-8 hrs.
After breakfast, our trail climbs from the Gosaikund Lake to four more lakes en-route to Laurebina La (4610m) then drop down to Phedi. Nearby is the site of Thai International Airbus crash site into a mountain in 1992. Continue walking over side valley up and down crossing through rhododendron and pine trees, then approach you to Ghopte.

Day 07: Ghopte- Tharpati (3,640m), approx., 2-3 hrs
Today is short walk. Trail descend down to the steam and moderate flat then rise up to barren hill Tharepati. It’s a view point to north east range of Himalaya such as Dorje Lakpa, Jugal himal range, Gauri Shankar and Tibetan range mountain including Shisa Pangma (8,012m) can be seen from Tharepati in the clear morning.

Day 08: Tharepati – Kutumsang (2,450 m), approx., 4-5 hrs.
Our trail for today descends down through the dense forest of rhododendron, oak and pines to Mangen goth. Walk through the ridge and steeply downhill.

Day 09: Kutumsang – Chisopani (2,160m), approx., 5-6 hrs.
After breakfast we continue descending and ascending passing typical villages along ridge with the view of Helambu lower valley, social sites and far left behind snow capped Himalayas.

Day 10: Chisopani – Nagarkot, approx., 6-7 hrs.,
The place very famous in Nepal for observing sunset and sunrise over the Himalayas. It is one the best scenic spots in the country. It is the second highest point on the valley. It offers the breathtaking views of Khumbu ranges, Langtang ranges, Dorje Lakpa, Manaslu range, Ganesh Himal, Gaurishankar. Nagarkot is surrounded by thickly forested hills of pine trees.
